PicSay allows you to creatively spice-up your photos and easily share them with friends and family. While being really fun to use, it comes with a pretty powerful range of image editing tools. These include color correction, cut outs, distortions and a range of special effects. Word balloons allows you to insert witticisms and dialog to characters. This myTouch app comes in two verstions: PicSay Pro and PicSay Lite.

PicSay Pro comes with a dazzling array of image filters and enhancement options and is certainly well worth the 1.99 Euro price tag. The list of fonts and special effects will leave you wondering if you’re on a desktop program! The “lite” version is free and is missing some powerful options, but is quite useful nevertheless. This is one of the better myTouch apps and is really useful for any form of image editing and enhancing for everyday use as well as for more powerful or professional work.
