This myTouch app lets you scan barcodes with your myTouch camera and displays local and online prices so that you can get the best deal for whatever product you’re looking for. With thousands of retailers and hundreds of thousands of products listed, you’ll never have to worry about losing a good deal. Just point the myTouch camera at a barcode, have ShopSavvy process it and list the available deals sorted by price. If, for some reason, the barcode isn’t recognized, you can search for a product by title. ShopSavvy uses the in-built GPS to find you the best deals closest to your current location.Â
The app just keeps getting better. You can see user-generated product reviews and ratings, you can setup price alerts to notify you when a product falls below a certain price range, and you can organize and categorize your products easily with wish lists. Another huge convenience is the history feature that stores the items you’ve scanned previously so you can easily pull the information up whenever you want to return to it.
